Product Description:
This butterfly valve is operated by aluminum actuator, offering high working efficiency and much more precise control on flow rate.
The valve surface is prcessed by electric polishing, to achieve high smoothness, cleaness, in order to eliminate medium retention and contamination.
The clamp end allows fast connection with pipelines, saving much more maintenance & repair time.
This valve has other advantages like compact configuration design.
It is an ideal solution for production line of hygienic industries such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmestics, clean steam, wine, beverage, biotechnology.
Working Principle:
Double Acting: Air enters through inlet A--valve opens, Air enters through inlet B--valve closes, stays in status in case of air supply breaking down
Spring Return (Open mode): Air inlet--valve opens, Air supply cuts down--spring force back--valve closes, valve closes in case of air supply breaking down
Spring Return (Close mode): Air inlet--valve opens, Air supply cuts down--spring force back--valve closes, valve opens in case of air supply breaking down
