Brief Description:
Aseptic sampling valves are employed for sample extraction under aseptice conditions. Thes sanitary sampling valves designed for sterilization before and after each sampling. They are quite popular with industries with extremely high hygienic requirements, such as food, dairy, berverage, fine chemical, pharmaceuticals, and so on.
Main Parts:
Working Principle:
1. The steam or sterilization medium is fed into one of the sampling port (the lower port)
2. Another sampling port discharges the sterilization medium
3. Rotate the handle or operate the joystick to open the valve
4. The central shaft opens for sampling
5. After sampling, close the valve
6. Inlet clean water to clean the sample chamber
7. Inject sterilization medium for sterilization
